Sunrise Journey to the Edges

Join us for a walk to the edge of time and place, journeying in human-silence through the woodlands to arrive at the sea as the sun comes over the mountains. We will listen to the sounds of the dawn awakening in the woods and on the foreshore, making gentle tactile connections with the environment as we pass through. On arrival at the beach, we will have a quiet moment with the landscape before gathering for a panad.
