Approaching Beaumaris on the A545, continue straight through the town. The road will change name to the B5109 as you head towards Llangoed / Penmon. Follow the road past Llan-faes until you see the Welcome to Llangoed sign. Look out on your right for the playground and football pitch. You will see a yellow and black Plas Bodfa sign guiding you to turn left. Turn left and follow the road up and around past Ysgol Gynradd Llangoed Primary School. Turn left onto the drive and follow the drive up towards the main house. There are two speed humps, please do not exceed 5 mph.
By Bus
The Arriva 58 bus travels from Bangor to Llangoed on a daily schedule. The bus has two stops in Llangoed - Llangoed Pont y Rhyd (at the bottom of the village by the bridge and car park) and at Llangoed Playing Field (just outside from the entrance of the playground).

What to Expect
Plas Bodfa is in a rural area - we live amongst farms and small holdings, but without any close neighbours.
See - We have several different gardens, a wildflower meadow, a pond and a large greenhouse. Around us, you can expect to see grazing sheep and cattle, guinea fowl, and many types of wild bird species. Our wildlife pond is home to toads and frogs.
Hear - There are working farms all around us. There are often sounds of machinery and animals. We are located close to the local primary school, so the sound of playing children can be heard during their break times.
Parking
We have onsite parking located in front and around the side of the main house. We have space for up to 15 cars. During events, we have a parking marshal to help with efficient parking arrangements.
Please carpool whenever possible.
At Night
During our star-gazing events, we have only red lights throughout the grounds. This helps to keep everyone’s night-vision during the event. (It takes a full 20 minutes for your eyes to reach their peak night vision!)
Upon arrival, please switch off your car’s headlights as soon as possible.
All pathways are lit with red lighting. The edges of the pathways are marked with white paint.
If you have not brought your own red-light head torch, you can borrow one of ours (£10 deposit)
