The Aberlleiniog Sculpture Trail presents artworks, installations, performances, guided walks and community projects within the Aberlleiniog community woodlands, along the springs and rivers, around Aberlleiniog Castle, on Lleiniog beach and at Llangoed Village Hall.
The annual event is an exceptional confluence of local and national artists, naturalists, makers, local volunteers, neighbours and friends, coppice crafters, dog walkers and sea swimmers.

Special Commissions
GeoMôn UNESCO Geopark
Commission and Micro-residency
Open Call for an artwork, installation or sculpture motivated by the by the geology of the Ynys Môn Geopark. (Including micro-residency and £650 production fund)
The work could be inspired by present day Anglesey or deep within time.
It could be created with locally sourced materials,
or based on geological imaging.
The Red Squirrels Trust Wales & Magical Mammals - Commission and Micro-residency
Open Call for an artwork, installation, sculpture, interactive activity or performance motivated by the unique ecosystems of Ynys Môn. (Including micro-residency and £650 production fund)
The work could be inspired by present day Anglesey ecology,
or based on ecological survey data.
It could emerge from a notable plant or animal on Anglesey.
It could respond to a conflict – for example, the survival of red squirrels and other native species with the pressure of human developments and invasive non-native species (INNS).

About
The event takes place annually, within the timings of the well-established Anglesey Open Studios.
We work in partnership with all the landowners and related committees - Menter Môn, Llangoed and Penmon Community Council and Anglesey County Council highways department.
The Trail is headquartered and supported by Llangoed Village Hall.
The Trail is produced by Plas Bodfa Projects CIC, who manages the fundraising, permissions, the collaborative projects, commissions, communications and the Open Call.
Visiting the Trail
The Sculpture Trail is open from 11:00 - 17:00 on the 28th & 29th of March, 2026.

Free Trail maps can be collected at Llangoed Village Hall, Lleiniog Beach and Tyddyn Paun.
